Mission
Break Rank is a not-for-profit alliance that fosters resilience, inclusion, equity, and queer joy for Gender & Sexuality Minority (GSM) groups underrepresented in the workforce. Our projects build cultural competence and social inclusion in labour practices.
Break Rank conducts research, hosts events, develops tools for mentorship and allyship and has a strong focus on psychological safety in the workplace.
